Early Career Programme

The Head Teachers of the ten schools in the CTT partnership follow a School Led Induction Programme for Early Career Teachers, working with Star Teaching School Hub (Northwest Lancashire) as their Appropriate Body.

Our Induction Tutors, Mentors and ECTs work together to ensure each ECT engages with all aspects of the Early Career Framework in a way that is as bespoke as possible, with flexibility in the order and depth of focus according to training needs.

Since many ECTs have trained with CTT at ITT level, the programme avoids repeating earlier training, keeping provision efficient and relevant.
